There are many interesting homegrown (québécois) culinary websites and blogs worth consulting, with vegetable recipes galore. We can suggest a few, starting with Équiterre’s super-simple Recipe Cards from their Rooted Schools programme, which began in 2016 and was handed over to the Family Farmers Network’ (Réseau des fermiers de famille, or RFF) in 2022.
For Facebook habitués, the RFF has it own fb recipe group, too. The group was launched more than 10 years ago. Whether one is a member or not, the group is a happily chaotic treasure trove which can be searched by key word (vegetable, fruit, type of dish, etc). While some links may no longer be active, it still may be a good source of inspiration.
Two other excellent sources of recipe ideas include Ricardo’s websites (it is worth checking out the different content of both his French and English sites), as well as the lifestyle blog of Montrealer Martine Gingras, banlieusardises, one of Quebec’s earliest blogs that dates back to 2001.
Get cooking.

In closing, in response to everyone’s practical query — what to do with my vegetables x, y and z THIS week? — we also offer a range of options via our own list of recipes below, organized in alphabetical order based on our farm crops, with suggestions over the years from family and friends, as well as from farm members and market customers.

Happy cooking, and most importantly, bon appétit !
Efforts to beef up our Recipe section are significant and ongoing

of the most recent recipe added
Also, if you are comfortable in both languages, go check out each recipe page in French — the suggestions are sometimes the same, sometimes different, as we did not systematically translate all of the recipes from one language to the other
